What services does the portfolio review include?
Our review offers personalized advice on various topics, depending on your current employment situation and portfolio. This often includes subjects such as meeting hiring criteria, selecting the right projects, refining case studies, and structuring your portfolio, among others. Plus, you can ask your specific questions for tailored feedback in the questionnaire we'll send after booking. -
What happens after I book?
You'll receive an email asking for a few details, such as your portfolio link, your current employment status, and any specific areas you'd like us to focus on. After that, we proceed to a live 1:1 session or video recording, depending on the option you booked. -
Who will review my portfolio?
Your portfolio will be reviewed by Jyoti Mann, a Staff Product Designer at TikTok with 14 years of design experience, including roles at Meta, Microsoft, and Reebok. -
Who can book the review?
Anyone can, unless you're currently in the process of interviewing at TikTok, to avoid a conflict of interest. -
How quickly will I receive feedback?
Recordings are provided within 2-5 days after you complete the required details for us to start the review (these will be sent to you upon booking). The earliest availability for video calls is also within 2-5 days. If we are unable to meet this timeline, we will notify you and offer a refund in case we cannot deliver on time. -
Is there a refund policy if I’m not satisfied with the service?
